Reports needed

I need to pull separate EBO reports that include lists of attorneys, case managers, insurances, pharmacies, referring providers and lab companies.  I’m only able to find a report of referring providers, that does NOT include the specialty. We’ve asked eCW for these reports and they say they are not available.  Seems crazy, as there has to be a way to pull this information in separate reports without having to pay for it.  I could take screenshots, but that would take me a week.
  Any suggestions?
