My provider is missing the note box when she creates a prescription. This seems to be user specific setting as other users still have the box. Does anyone know what the setting would be to fix this so she can see the box again? She also cannot save favorite drugs. I have a ticket in but they want to be in her computer and that is nearly impossible since she has a full load of patients each day.
