Hi all,
I have noticed this morning that when I go to fax DI or fax labs from the lower common send carrot in the online version of ecw and try to use the dropdown menu in the upper left to select a fax location, it is crashing the browser. It seems to occur over 2 different computers, and will occur regardless of using chrome or edge browsers. I reset both browsers in both computers and even uninstalled chrome and reinstalled it, and it still seems to occur despite all of these measures. Any ideas?
It also happens if you try to use the dropdown menu to select a specialty when trying to send a referral.
