We have recently started experiencing an issue where upon opening the HPI from the blue link in the progress note the notes previously entered are not showing until after clicking the category tab at the top.
For example we have an consultation category in HPI which I type some notes into and save. Later I reopen to edit and the notes are on the progress note display but when I click the blue HPI link it appears as if the notes are gone! If I click the Consultation tab in the edit screen the notes magically reappear…
Any one else ever experience this or have a recommendation on things to try in order to address?
