Our users have observed that in 11e, if the Current Medications aren’t carried forward when the patient arrives, the status is blank. Additionally, the previous status gets lost if the user navigates away from the Current Medication window without applying the previous status- when they go back to the window previous status is no longer available.
Have other practices experienced this? If so, have you dealt with it by just reminding providers to carry forward Current Medications when they are prompted upon opening the Progress Note?
