At my last job, I had a detailed testing plan for my staff. I left there a while back and well, I did not take it with me.
I now work with some that need step by step on how to test an upgrade.
I normally would say - scheduled a patient, check them in , complete all note, take co-pay and check them out. My prior staff knew to order test, transmit, send a fax, create a referral and do everything.
This group needs - book an appt for an existing patient. 1) double click on the appt time slot 2) search for patient 3) enter a reason, 4).......
