I would like to use something like the AOE questions, but this only seems to work if you have an outbound orders interface and are using the quick transmit button. Is that correct? How does everyone handle this? For example, our doctors are supposed to specify a reading physician for some of the cardio test. Of course, they forgot to put a comment on the order, so the hospital has to call us or fax us back and ask numerous times a day regarding this missing information.
Is there any solution to this?
