What solutions have you found for electronic forms/letters that require multiple signatures, for example by a behavioral health clinician and their supervisor?
I have built a behavioral health discharge form as a Letter so that the clinician can complete it electronically and some information will be automatically populated. The clinician can then electronically sign it. However, the form then also has to be signed by their supervisor and by the patient. It doesn’t seem to make any sense or save any hassle to then print out the form to have it signed and then scanned- then there will be 2 versions of the form in Patient Documents.
Tell me there’s a solution that allows us to bypass printing and scanning!
