Is anyone having issues with televisit connectivity today? I have a clinic reporting that they used televisits successfully yesterday but it’s not working today. (They are using the same device, same workflow, etc.)
They say when they check compatibility, they get this:

Hoping to avoid submitting a ticket as the eCW troubleshooting calls can be very aggravating during a busy clinic…
