So this happened today in 11e…

I think that will be my new tag line…..So this happened today in 11e!
So many issues, bugs, crazy things (not as bad as 10e)....yesterday I added a new Provider.  Completed his profile, username, copied settings and CAPTCHA, etc.  Went back in today and his profile is not there.  Cannot find him.  Ok, maybe it didn’t save.  Create him again, add the username…pop up that the username is already being used by another user!.  huh?
So I decided to try to find him….Go to add him as a Favorite Provider, and sure enough he is there!  But no visible profile! We requested a license for him, so obviously eCW is going to ask me to add a profile!  Decide to try to add a staff…yep same thing. Profile hidden, but can add them to my Favorites. 
Anyone else having this BUG?  This is one issue I cannot see a workaround for.
