Has anyone else noticed the Ethnicity list is lacking a large amount of possible listings. After our V11 update their was 45 possible listings but all being of Mostly South American in origin. The list has no European option or other possible European Ethnic groups which I find confusing. I have created a ticket for adding additional Ethnicities apparently it can only be done on the back end. I don’t remember all the possible options previously on v10 if anyone still happens to be on it. Ethnicity seems to be commonly logged as refused to report due to the issues with making a proper selection.
I haven’t been able to get the field to also remember to show all possible options when opened the popup defaults to hide the list.
Both the ethnicity and Race selection seem to have codes associated which I am not very familiar with what they are tied to. Since we have these fields as required for new patient creation the workflow in these menus seems to have gotten worse.
