Has anyone experienced this where the social history is in the correct order on the social history window, and in our back end (admin band > annual physical > social history), but don’t display in the correct order on the progress note? For some strange reason on the progress note the order is off.
For example, the assessment date is now being pushed down to the bottom, below our dast-10, even though in the window it should be above? Looking at old PN from last week the assessment date is in the correct location but PN from this week are showing the date under dast-10? what gives?
We put in a ticket, will update the thread if we find a solution. But has anyone noticed this before?
