best ways to disseminate and document quick tips/FAQs

What are your favorite ways to share quick eCW tips and updates that don’t require in-person training?  Where do you document and store this info for future reference?  Some ways we are brainstorming:
-a specifically named/formatted email so we can quickly search and find what’s been sent out
-a working document on the Intranet
-screenshots/instructions posted at key places like nurses station, charting alcove, etc.
