We have a BH clinic among our facilities, and some of our pts visit our BH clinic, and then may visit their PCP at another one of our clinics. Sometimes the pts have BH insurance separate from their medical insurance. When this is the case, and they go back into one of our other clinics to visit with their PCP, we’re having to change the medical insurance back to their primary insurance.
I’m wondering if there is an option in eCW to tie the mental health insurance to just BHS visits.
I think there is an option for dental, but not sure about mental health visits.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
