Has anyone been able to successfully respond to a ‘change request’ under the E-bean?
This new software ‘feature’ appeared with our V11 downgrade and allows pharmacies (or CVS only) to request 90d supplies on behalf of the patient. These are listed separately from refill requests and do not change the count of the E-bean. So my E-bean says zero, but I have 20 change requests.
Problem is, I cannot respond to these change requests because the allergies won’t validate. It’s just a never-ending daisy wheel. I’ve tried responding on the exe, 11e, and iPad - none work and some crash the software completely.
Any ideas? Seems to be low on our software team’s priority list, but it is, yet again, affecting the care I deliver to my patients.
