We are upgrading from 10 SP1 to V11.40. At first we had planned to go full browser version from the beginning but have since decided to do a hybrid browser/exe version and wean everyone off the exe over 2 months.
We have 23 rheumatologists and about 150 employees. We are fully hosted on site with an in-house lab and xray. Interfaces with orchard harvest, quest, and labcorp. Also, we use vantiv for epayments
I am nervous but excited. Any words of wisdom or things to look out for specifically?
