11e Browser Treatment Screen Pop-up warning when browsing Keywords

We upgraded from 10e broswer version to 11e a few weeks ago and since that time there has been an incredibly annoying pop-up in the treatment screen whenever we select the “...” button to browse for our saved keyword notes.

WHENEVER we click this button to access our saved treatment notes (which is 1-3 times PER VISIT) there is a pop up that states “Opening the ‘Keywords‘ will remove the text formatting. Do you want to proceed?” AND you have to click yes or no.  You cannot click enter to proceed, you must click on Yes.

Does anyone know how to turn off this poorly implemented warning message?  Is there a way to disable formatting altogether (preferred because the ctrl-space macros do not work now)?

I guess they added the ability to add formatting to the treatment notes (bold/italics/underline) which probably reduces the risk of illegal character errors for copy-pasting.  I understand the reasoning for the warning, but it should NOT be a pop-up, it should just be displayed as static next to the button, displayed as static in the keywords search screen itself OR we should have the option to acknowledge and permanently disable the warning altogether from the Settings->My Settings->Warnings screen.

The frequency of experience problems related to lost formatting is too rare to warrant such an obtrusive and frequent warning.  Just another example where an added ‘feature’ just adds more clicks and breaks functionality (ctrl-space macros) because someone at eCW didn’t think about the end-user experience.

Any one else experience this issue or have a fix?  Already went through support with no solutions offered.
