We have just had a new concern brought to our attention about emessenger. It seems that patients are getting automated reminder calls for appointments that have been canceled. The reminders are notifying them of this visit, even though it was canceled many days prior. Patients are reporting these calls are coming in the night before or the morning of the canceled visit. We have checked all of our settings and do not have anything like this scheduled, nor do the calls show in the patient call logs.
eCW has checked on their server and they do not see any calls for the examples we have provided either. Has anyone else experienced this?
