ICD10 codes and associated HPI Diagnoses

Thru “updating” each category of the HPI diagnoses list, you can associate an ICD-10 code to each diagnosis.

But dose anyone know of the benefit of doing this? There doesn’t seem to be any action created by associating the ICD10 code to the diagnosis (for example, no code appears in the “Assessment” section).
