Is anyone else having problems with P2P? Around January 31st, any referral that we send internally to a specialist on the same database fails. If we send externally to another P2P client or using Direct Addresses, the referral shows as successful. Also, on January 31st, we are no longer receiving P2P Patient Records (we used to receive numerous CCDs a day from our hospital, Walgreens, CVS, Express Scripts). And finally, around January 31st, a couple of our providers are no longer able to see any direct addresses in the lookup when attempting to send a referral.
Anyone else having this issue?
