We have 40+ providers within our practice. We have only 1 provider that has this issue. She will free text into the notes section of HPI and sometimes she will get an error that says “An error occurred while saving HPI data.” It will then completely wipe out her HPI. We have tried changing her security settings, running eCW as administrator, clearing the cache and we still cannot find a solution for this. It does not matter what computer she is on she will still randomly get this message. When I look at her HPI’s she has NO special characters entered. I have been working with my eCW rep but he has been unable to find a solution to this as well.
Can anyone help????
