We just discovered that current medications are not printing on the Visit Summary even when the Medication check box is checked. All that prints is maybe one medication from the current meds and in some cases it populates “None” even when patient is on more than 7 meds.
I’ve tried all the superstitious eCW troubleshooting (uncheck, check, log out /in, cwreg/ecw dependencies, etc.) and it has no impact. Visit summary works fine in Test environment. eCW has been working on this for 2 days but it is clear they have no idea what is causing this. It is clearly a patient safety issue.
Anyone experience anything similar? We are on V10 .exe. I was planning on upgrading test to V11 next week but reluctant to until this is fixed.
