Now that we have been using eCW a while, we have many patients with telephone and web encounters, as well as office visits. Unfortunately, all of these telephone and web encounters are listed as a visit in the vitals “grid”. If a patient has multiple TEs and not so many actual office visits, the provider must scroll to see the last set of vitals.
I asked eCW chat agent if there was any way to hide the appointments for which no vitals were entered….nope
