Someone mentioned to me that our front desk user should be right clicking on an open appt and choosing “Physician Profiles” to see what that providers sees as far as patient type, visit type, days of week, time, etc, but I am not familiar with that feature. I’ve been using eCW since 2014 and do not recall ever seeing that. Am I missing something? We’re on 10e and I also use .exe, version 10(48)
