V11.52 Pt Docs Default to Web Mode or Plug In Mode with folders expanded

Using the Plugin…

I have staff who prefer to have the patient documents folders expanded when they open up Patient Documents.

Using the Patient Docs - Plug in Mode it appears we have to expand each folder individually.  This is a lot of work when we aren’t sure what is in the patient documents.  If they were expanded my end users would be able to skim the file names.

So far we have found that we can use Web Mode and the folders are expanded; however, this requires extra work to use the caret and select the Web Mode.

I’m looking for how I can either:
Have the folders expanded by default in the Plug in Mode?
OR
Wet the Patient Documents to open in the Web Mode by default?
